Shipping

Every order is packed by hand and sent with tracking.

Costs

• Netherlands — free
• Rest of the EU — €22
• Rest of the world — €38

Shipping is calculated at checkout. There are no other charges from us.

Processing

Orders are sent within 2 working days. During a launch this may take slightly longer; if it does, we will tell you.

Delivery times

• Netherlands: 1–2 working days
• Belgium and Germany: 2–4 working days
• Rest of the EU: 3–7 working days
• Outside the EU: 7–21 working days

These are the carrier's estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by customs or the carrier are outside our control.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us. If your tracking has not updated for 10 working days, email info@atlinstudios.com with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, VAT, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient. We cannot predict or refund them. Refusing a parcel because of these charges does not entitle you to a refund of the shipping cost.

Addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, email us within 24 hours and we will correct it if the order has not yet been sent.
