Terms and Conditions

  • By your use of our services you agree to these Terms and Conditions, and you certify that you are able and competent to give Atlin rights as detailed in these Terms and Conditions and to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 

  • Please read it carefully. When you use any current or future Atlin services you will be subject to these guidelines.

MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Atlin reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to add, to change, update or modify these Terms and Conditions. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the services. We suggest that you check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.



PRIVACY

  • Atlin uses personal information like your name, address, email, phone number only for the shipping of products. Personal information transmitted to us will never be sold or shared to third parties. 

ACCOUNT

  • If you create an account on the services it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account information and password, and for protecting and restricting access to such information. You understand and agree that you are responsible for all activities that occur using your account or password.



OUR ITEMS

  • The images of the items on the website or mobile are for illustrative purposes only. We have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display can accurately display the color of the item.

PAYMENT

  • The prices displayed are quoted in Euros. 

  • We offer the following payment options: iDeal, Bank contact, Visa and Mastercard Credit Card.

  • To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your Credit Card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.



DELIVERY

  • Please allow at least 3-7 business days for order processing and verification.

  • For international orders, please allow at least 7-10 business days for order processing and verification. Please note that you are responsible for paying the delivery costs at checkout (including costs of return). Atlin will not calculate, invoice or collect any taxes, duties, import fees or charges other than shipping costs at checkout.

  • Purchased items will be delivered worldwide by our standard delivery service PostNL. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a track and trace number. We can not be held responsible for late deliveries, because we do not have control over this.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

  • Atlin offers you the option to return items within 14 days of purchase.

  • Certain items are non-returnable (hats, underwear, socks, swimwear, gloves).

  • All items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original Atlin tags still attached.

  • Items that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

  • Atlin reserves the right to refuse return of any product that does not meet to these conditions.

  • Any costs sustained by the customer to return a product are non-refundable.

  • When returning products, please make sure that the delivery is traceable because we are not responsible for any damage or losses done by the delivery company.

  • As soon as we received your return, it will take approximately 10 business days to process your refund. 

Atlin reserves the right to monitor any and all use of the Services. Atlin also reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against any illegal and/ or unauthorized use of the Services and/ or materials.

These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between you and Atlin with respect to the subject matter and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written, oral, or otherwise.
